Your details are seen by me alone. They are stored encrypted, never sold, never used for advertising and never passed on to sellers.

2. What data I process
- Enquiry form: name, postal address, phone number, email address and your first details about the property you are looking for, your budget and your timing.
- Search profile questionnaire (only after a mandate and a personal access code): detailed information about your household, finances, how you want to live, the property you are looking for and your search so far. Information about health (for example accessibility needs) is optional and only processed if you provide it.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: the content of your messages.
- Visiting the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, processed by the hosting provider. To protect the forms against misuse, a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of the IP address is stored for no more than 24 hours.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry, preparing and carrying out the search mandate: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Your consent when you submit the forms: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for optional health information, your explicit consent: Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.
- Secure operation of the website and protection against misuse: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your details are used solely for your own property search. They are not used for my other activities, in particular not to present buyers to sellers under Finca Auténtica.
4. Confidentiality and security
Enquiries and questionnaire answers are stored encrypted on my own server. Only I can read them, in a password-protected area. Notifications I receive by email contain no personal details. The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
5. Hosting and recipients
The website, forms and database run on servers of Host Europe GmbH, Hansestraße 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany, within the EU, under a data processing agreement. Emails are sent through the same provider. No external form, analytics or advertising services are used. Data is only passed on to lawyers, notaries or other advisers if you ask me to.
6. Storage period
- Enquiries without a mandate: deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Search profiles: deleted automatically 12 months after the mandate ends, or earlier on request.
- Contract and invoicing records: kept only as long as legal retention obligations require.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to rolf@justperfectmallorca.com.
8. Supervisory authority
You can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
