This finca property for 2 - 8 guests, located just a 10-minute walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Soller, is ideal for quiet nature lovers who enjoy the detailed furnishings of the house. Soller is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and is one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca.

The view from the finca of the village and the mountains framing the valley on two sides, which the setting sun illuminates daily in a rich orange colour, is absolutely fantastic.

The finca from the 17th century - with 450 m2 of living space and 8500 m2 of garden with countless fruit, citrus and avocado trees - impresses with its extraordinary ambience, the location right on the edge of the village and the wonderful privacy on the very large plot of the finca. You are welcome to pick the fresh fruits and avocados in the garden.

Within the house there are different living and sleeping levels, some with their own terraces, so that you can also enjoy a lot of privacy in the very large bedrooms.

The owner has reformed the charismatic finca with great care and high-quality materials, consciously preserving Mallorcan elements. The result is a place where you immediately feel at home; an authentic piece of Mediterranean lifestyle with all modern amenities such as a large state-of-the-art kitchen, living room with conservatory, dining room with fireplace and a great spa area with sauna and whirlpool.

There are plenty of sunny and shady spots around the house - places to retreat and enjoy some peace and quietness as well as places for socialising. The large pool is located on the level of the main house and, together with the BBQ area and the large Indonesian natural wood table, is it the central place on relaxing days.

The entire finca is air-conditioned, has oil central heating and additional underfloor heating as well as a beautifully designed spa room with sauna and whirlpool, making it ideal for spending a great time here even in the cooler seasons. Two cute house cats, who live outside the house on the finca grounds, round off the overall impression of an authentic finca.

An ideal holiday home for discerning families or friends who want to spend their holidays at a high level and the perfect starting point for connoisseurs, hikers and cyclists as well as for beach and boat lovers.

The harbour "Port de Soller" is only a few kilometres away and offers, in addition to the many restaurants in Soller, a lot of very good restaurants, several beaches and boat hire in all categories.
